Introduction
Cyber Run, Tokyo 2079
You have a choice in Tokyo: you can live as a wage slave in debt to a company you can never pay off, or you can live on the street and fight rats for scraps. The syndicates think they own this city, believe their tech and security forces can protect them. They think that because we are poor and starving, we are weak. Maybe it's because we are hungry that we've learned these streets, we know the dark holes into their buildings, we know their dirty secrets, and we use that knowledge to become powerful. Maybe we've already hacked the tech they use against us, and the security forces they sent to hunt us down have run right into our trap.
Don't believe me? You will, after a Cyber Run.

Meta Style
Cyber Run is an Inception inspired matrix with an Ai security encryption program for the level designer. Inside the matrix everything is pre-computer age, data are on paper files. It's Shadowrun without fantasy and magic, it's Cyberpunk without the focus on augments and 1980s rocker style. It's set in a future based mostly on non-fiction, but with exaggerated environmental and economic changes.

Meta Mechanics
Simplicity The game mechanics should be easy enough to understand for those new to table top role playing, but with enough depth that stories and characters can be unique.
Momentum Each player decision and die roll should continue the story forward or change its direction.
